Shambhala – The Sacred Path of the Warrior by Chogyam Trungpa

“The way of the Great Eastern Sun is based on seeing that there is a natural source of radiance and brilliance in this world – which is innate wakefulness of human beings.” – Chogyam Trungpa. If they could teach this in school earlier we wouldn’t have so much broken people. There’s kids finishing high school and finishing degrees but they have no concept of who they are and what they should do. Heck they can’t even hold a conversation with someone for more than 2 minutes! We put emphasis on getting grades but no emphasis on how to really live and thrive, like as if the system was made to create a mass of people that live lives of quiet desperation. How did shit get so broken?? Imagine if there was a place where people lifted each other to radiate the goodness in them and out to the world! Jokes, it’s supposed to be Earth. Learn to become a warrior of this world!

Lonely Planet

Repost from @before5am The journey is long and the truth is it can be quite lonely at times as you go alone in pursuit of your calling, your passion and your dreams! The road to success and greatness is usually empty because most people simply aren’t brave enough to follow their heart and create their dreams in the real world…..this is especially true when you’re starting out! Be prepared to do it by yourself and for yourself and don’t expect others to join you or care about your mission….you will find those who care somewhere along the way and always at your destination….So be brave and keep walking and never look back! You are one of the few who will leave a legacy and become a legend!

Warriors of the Light

“The challenge of warriorship is to live fully in the world as it is and to find within this world, with all its paradoxes, the essence of nowness. If we open our eyes, if we open our minds, if we open our hearts, we will find that this world is a magical place.” – Shambhala, The Sacred Path of the Warrior by Chogyam Trungpa.

We have it inside of us! I’ve been on a crazy spiritual journey for the past month! Did you know the word warrior is taken from the Tibetan and literally means “one who is brave”? The tradition of human bravery and fearlessness is our story! I sit here quietly in my room making connections of the nature of this world of why it is the way it is and how it got this way, and I must’ve picked up this trait from my dad as we used to sit around the TV or dinner table, along with my brother’s, discussing about the nature of the world.

Everybody has a story tell and you can feel it from the passion of their voice, the callous of the hands, the attention of the details, the sympathy of their touch, the brilliance of their photo’s. Coming from a family of all-boys-siblings and from two parents who showed me the best example of how to live and love life I’ve learned about one important concept I couldn’t express before, and that is that bravery is not being afraid of yourself. My family has taught me to be brave enough to step outside of this world and come back to share the story. This is the magic of life isn’t it? There are many ways to live and however you want to do it life wants to share your story. Life wants you to be on fire to shine so brightly and to share your story, to pass on this Will of fire to the many generations like it has been happening for thousands of generations.

Life wants you to be on fire for love, for truth, for the faith that good things will come if you open your life to the world and light up! This is the magic of life isn’t it! I am going to start a fire and change the world, and I can’t do it alone but my star sign tells me that my gifts will bring people around me and the ‘We’ will make it happen! Do you believe in a good thing? I am Jeremy Fuertes, let’s light up this world! Follow me! Love you all! 😘💕💞

“The lips of wisdom are closed, except to the ears of understanding.” – The Kybalion

“The lips of wisdom are closed, except to the ears of understanding.” – The Kybalion

Another winner from @dymocks_sydney The Kybalion: A Study of The Hermetic Philosophy of Ancient Egypt and Greece. This book is based around ‘The 7 Hermetic Principles’ which goes on to say ‘All fundamental and basic teachings embedded in the esoteric teachings of every race may be traced back to Hermes Trismegistus.

Even the most ancient teachings of India undoubtedly have their roots in the original Hermetic Teachings.’ The ideas and principles this book speak about come from a perspective in where the body and mind are at the same ‘vibration’ as the universe and looking at it from this vibration that only you can understand the true nature of the universe referring to it as a Master Key to which you can open the many doors of the mental and psychic temple. To those without this Master Key are only left to knock in vain at the many doors of The Temple.

It leaves you with such a powerful impression about the idea of living life in High Vibration as we have all experienced it in our lives one way or another. Let’s say if you don’t resonate with the teachings and lessons from the many religions like Christianity, Judaism, or Islam (which are all very closely related to the Hermetic Teachings) is because you are not in the high vibration state that would allow for you to “Transmute” such ideas and thoughts into reality, and instead you are in the Low Vibration state where you live life simply reacting to events, stuck in working for someone else’s dream, fulfilling desires that benefit short-term and basically YOLOing.

When you become aware of the high vibration state then you will know that throughout your life you will vibrate between highs and lows, and being able to manage and “play the part” will allow you to experience what thousands of generations of Human existence has already experienced, and that the human body has already made systems that allow us to take in these experiences (fear, excitement, pain, joy, happiness etc.) and however we want to react will depend on you.

This is the real Full Metal Alchemist.

Before enlightenment, chop wood carry water. After enlightenment, the laundry.

“An experience that exists for it’s own sake. It’s easy to find but impossible to hold onto.”

There are experiences in your life that once served its purpose. Lessons were learnt, tears were shed, blood was spilled. Move on. I came across this Idea called the “Pendulum Paradigm”. Life can be good, and life can then be shit. I’ve made a conscious choice that life doesn’t just happen FOR YOU, but it needs to happen TO YOU, meaning that if you cannot see what is literally in front of you there’s no way you can benefit from taking on any challenge that life wants you to take on and sooner or later life will find a way to fuck you up and throw a curve ball at you! It will go full circle on your ass if you’re not ready, and not the good full circle.

“Happens to you” knowing that you can be prepared and bring you present to the moment, “Happens for you” to have faith, and massive amounts of faith, to know the growth you will achieve is beyond whatever you can even begin to imagine, take you to places you didn’t even know can bring you to. The stories in the bible says the same thing “If you don’t use it you lose it!” and you wouldn’t even be able to experience the swings of the pendulum, the excitement the highs and lows, blood sweat and tears of this process of creation destruction and rebirth. There’s no wisdom without adversity.

Lao Tzu says it like so, “Before enlightenment, chop wood carry water. After enlightenment, the laundry.” The same message in every religion, way of life, proverb, teachings etc. It pays homage to those who grind and hustle, to those who step up to the challenge, to those who fight for their dreams, to the man who is climbing the mountain. “You find that the deeper you dive into life the more time you spend in the shallows. You just end up back on the shore trying to go deeper.”

All those who’ve taken that personal journey to continuously recreate themselves knows that sinking feeling of dissatisfaction. From there is born a new feeling, and this is the one thing everyone is trying to teach you: Finding joy in everything in life!

Silent and Bland

“Without more people deciding to serve as role models and leaders, our society has become a suffering case of the silent and bland leading the silent and bland.” – Brendon Burchard

The Motivation Manifesto. There’s no greater feeling than that of knowing that everything out there is for you, and that no weapon formed against you shall prosper. But where are those who would eat last for you so you can eat first?

The ultimate resource is resourcefulness!

The ultimate resource is resourcefulness! There are people who don’t have the bats, but still swing hone runs in their life! Some people couldn’t even get out of bed this morning, but there’s a few that are getting up early and they’re crushing it! There are people who complain and blame, and there’s others that already found a solution!

You can’t be seeing life like a burden all the time, you’re looking at life in the wrong way. But don’t try to be perfect, just be an excellent human being! There are people whom may not be ready to meet opportunity now, but learn to accept that good things pass and hope that you’ll be ready next time to crush it and enjoy the ride once again! Serve others, stay humble, and be a good person 😉😉 love you all! 😘💕💞

Ippudo Warriors – Grow Into One

“You may not possess as many treasures as other warriors, but you’re worth far more to the gods. Most of us are always trying to increase our wealth, but you and your officers seem far more concerned with perfecting your souls.” – Gobryas to Prince Cyrus, from Xenophon’s Cyrus The Great.

A rising tide will lift all ships. When we raise our consciousness we aim to find the true meaning of who we really are.

Know thy ramen, know life.
